Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Bluebird.

However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange its return and we will be happy to process a refund, no questions asked.

All we ask is that returns must be in their original condition, unused and returned in its original packaging plus proof of purchase in the form of the tax invoice, receipt and/or packing slip.
