Warranty

At Bluebird, we stand behind our products.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologise, and ask that you please contact us at support@wearebluebird.com so we can make it right. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product defect.

Once we have received your claim and confirmed the product to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, we will replace it free of charge. We aim to process your claim within the week of receiving it and then notify you via email.

Please note our warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper use, handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
