All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the day after placing your order. We use Australia Post eParcel service to ensure your order is delivered quickly and cost effectively with online track and trace capability.
We offer Standard & Express delivery options as follows:

We use Australia Post’s online trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection at your convenience. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only. We understand that many people are not home during business hours and in that case suggest an alternative is to have your order sent to a business address.

However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange its return and we will be happy to process a refund, no questions asked.
All we ask is that returns must be in their original condition, unused and returned in its original packaging plus proof of purchase in the form of the tax invoice, receipt and/or packing slip.
